30-Day Guarantee

Your subscription includes a 30-day money-back guarantee from the delivery of your first letter. If you are not satisfied, we will refund your first payment in full, no questions asked.

Digital Subscriptions

For digital-only subscriptions, you have the right to a full refund within 7 days of receiving your first digital letter, under the right of withdrawal (Consumer Protection Code, Art. 49).

Story Access and Delivery

Refund eligibility may depend on whether a paid season has begun and how much digital content has already been delivered. The applicable scope is shown before purchase.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges. We do not provide prorated refunds for past deliveries or for letters already consumed after the guarantee period.
